Il est enfin de retour ! Cette IPA est un véritable favori de la maison à la brasserie BRUS. Pour la toute première fois, elle est désormais en canette ! The Boss est une DDH IPA à 6,8 % avec du Citra, de l'Amarillo et du Simcoe, et elle regorge de saveurs.
Finally got my hands on this in a can and it did not disappoint. The 6.8% pours with a nice bite, and that Citra and Amarillo combo gives it a juicy, resinous kick without being too heavy. It's been a while since an IPA made me stop and savor the last sip.
The hop combo here is seriously well-balanced—Citra and Amarillo hit bright and juicy up front, then Simcoe brings that piney finish. At 6.8% it drinks dangerously smooth for the strength, and the can keeps it fresher than the drafts I've had before. This one's earned its spot in my regular rotation
