Notre première récolte de houblon ! Fraîchement cueillis dans les champs de Tettnang, les cônes de houblon entiers ont été brassés seulement 18 heures après la récolte. La Mandarina Bavaria apporte des notes d'agrumes, la Callista chante les baies et les fruits à noyau, le tout dans une Hefeweizen biologique et audacieuse, dry-hoppée.
