La Sur Citra est une pale ale aigre à un seul houblon, mettant les notes d'agrumes aromatiques au premier plan de cette bière sur une base acidulée et vive. Il s'agit de la première version issue de la nouvelle brasserie de To Øl City.

The sour mash gives it a tart bite that cuts through the heavy ABV, and the single hop really keeps those citrus notes clean instead of muddled. Cracked one open after mowing the lawn and it was gone in ten minutes. Solid first run from the new brewhouse.
