House Of Pale : House Of Pale est l'une des recettes que nous avons reprise de notre cher laboratoire fou de Copenhague, BRUS. Une Pale Ale de style Nouvelle-Angleterre avec des houblons Equanot. Elle a connu de nombreux changements et ajustements au cours de cette année, expérimentant les doses de houblon et la « croustillance » globale — et maintenant nous sommes presque sûrs d'avoir exactement ce que nous cherchions.
