La New & Improved IPA de la brasserie Stigbergets est légère et croustillante, d'une belle couleur dorée et limpide, avec un nez frais, résineux et d'agrumes. En bouche, les houblons (Citra, Galaxy et Enigma) vous sautent dessus : agrumes légers, pin, pamplemousse et une touche terreuse en fin de bouche. La base est croquante et légèrement sucrée, ce qui contrebalance l'amertume longue mais douce de la finale.

L'IPA parfaite, houblonnée mais pas trop agressive.
