Nous avons déjà brassé ce petit bijou une fois, bien avant To Øl City, mais nous voulions l'essayer dans notre nouvelle brasserie et voir ce que nous pouvions faire pour créer une bière mettant vraiment en valeur le grain. Il s'agit d'une IPA avec une quantité solide d'épeautre dans la mouture, puis houblonnée à cru avec du Simcoe, de l'Amarillo et de l'Idaho Gem pour parfaire cette bête céréalière.
