Un assemblage de 10 fûts vieillis entre 3 et 18 mois. Brassée avec du blé brut, de l'orge maltée et du houblon Saaz. Un éventail de caractères issu de notre bière de base la plus ancienne et pourtant la plus simple se réunit pour créer une somme complexe. Celle-ci présente la présence de chêne la plus marquée à ce jour et constitue un assemblage que nous continuerons à réaliser au fil des ans pour observer son évolution.
