Cette bière trouve ses origines dans notre brewpub de Copenhague. Vieillie dans l'un des deux fûts en chêne français (Foeders) qui existent désormais à To Øl City. Un moût foncé a été brassé en 2020, puis fermenté avec une quantité importante de bière brassée bien plus tôt, en 2018.
Inspirée et rappelant les Oud Bruin et les Flanders red ales de Belgique.

Two years in that French oak did something special—there’s a smooth, almost vanilla-like roundness that you don’t get from standard barrel-aging. Dark and rich, it drinks dangerously easy for something brewed back in 2020. I’m already hunting for another bottle.
