The Grisette style is such a nice change of pace—light and refreshing but with that funky complexity from the mixed fermentation keeping things interesting. Poured it for a friend who usually sticks to lagers and even they were impressed.
Poured this on a warm evening and the tart, funky grisette profile was exactly what I needed—dry, refreshing, and with that lovely mixed fermentation complexity. The finish is clean but leaves you craving another sip. Definitely a standout in my last beer order.
