That first pour threw a thick white foam head that lingered way past my expectations, and the piney, resinous kick is exactly what I want from a West Coast IPA. The lemon and citronella notes come through clean on the finish, making it dangerously easy to reach for another.

The pine and lemon zest in the aroma really come through, exactly what I want from a classic West Coast IPA. Solid bitterness that lingers nicely, though I wish the carbonation were just a touch softer.
