The pouring was so smooth and bright, I almost felt bad cracking it open on a Tuesday. That clean golden body has exactly the kind of crisp, easy-drinking bite you want after a long day, and knowing a real German head brewer crafted it just adds a nice kick to the story.
First sip hit me with that clean, golden maltiness I didn’t know I needed on a Tuesday. The head’s so crisp it leaves a lacing that lasts the whole glass, and knowing a German brewer’s behind it shows in every balanced sip. Wouldn’t mind another round of this one.
The golden color is exactly what you want from a helles, and it pours with a squeaky-clean head that lingers nicely. My German friend actually approved of the malt balance, which says a lot coming from him. This one won't last long in my fridge.
