A special collaboration between our brewpub BRUS and To Øl City. A luscious red ale, brought to new lofty heights by the addition of nitro. Think rich malts with a silky mouthfeel. A winning combination.
The nitro pour gives it this dense, creamy head that just glides over the tongue, and the rich malt body underneath stays smooth instead of heavy. Cracked a can open after dinner and it disappeared way too fast.
The red ale’s malty backbone really shines through the silky nitro texture—it’s like drinking a dessert that’s still somehow crisp. I cracked one open after dinner and the whole glass went down way too fast.
