Mosaic – matka soczystych chmieli. Pełen tropikalnych, cytrusowych i lekko sosnowych nut, ten chmiel w pełni zasługuje na swoją nazwę, oferując mozaikę aromatów.

Celem naszej serii Stereo Mono jest postawienie chmielu na pierwszym planie. Dlatego bazę tego piwa stanowią Pale Malts, Wheat Malt, Chit Malt, płatki owsiane i tylko odrobina Melanoidyny, aby stworzyć jak najczystsze tło dla aromatu chmielu, przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu lekkiego kręgosłupa równoważącego goryczkę. Efektem jest soczyste, świeże IPA pełne nut brzoskwini, mango, jagód i cytrusów.
