Mosaic - de moeder van sappige hop. Boordevol tropische, citrusachtige en licht dennenachtige tonen, deze hop maakt zijn naam waar en biedt een mozaïek aan aroma's.

Het doel van onze Stereo Mono-serie is om de hop de hoofdrol te laten spelen. Daarom bestaat de basis van dit bier uit Pale Mouten, Tarwemout, Chitmout, Vlokkenhaver en een vleugje Melanoidine. Zo creëren we een zo schoon mogelijk canvas voor het hoparoma, terwijl er nog een lichte basis is om de bitterheid van de hop in balans te brengen. Het resultaat is een sappige, frisse IPA boordevol tonen van perzik, mango, bosbessen en citrus.
