We hebben dit brouwsel één keer eerder gemaakt, lang voordat To Øl City bestond, maar we wilden het een kans geven in onze nieuwe brouwerij en kijken wat we konden doen om een bier te maken dat het graan echt laat schitteren. Dit is een IPA met een flinke hoeveelheid spelt in de stort, vervolgens drooggehoopt met Simcoe, Amarillo en Idaho Gem om dit graanbeest compleet te maken.
