Een blend van 10 vaten die tussen de 3 en 18 maanden hebben gerijpt. Gebrouwen met ongemoute tarwe, gemoute gerst en Saaz-hop. Een spectrum aan karakter uit onze oudste maar meest eenvoudige basisbieren wordt samengebracht tot een complex geheel. Deze heeft tot nu toe de meeste eikenhouten invloed en is een blend die we de komende jaren zullen blijven samenstellen om te zien hoe hij evolueert.
