Dit bier vindt zijn oorsprong in onze brouwerij in Kopenhagen. Het is gerijpt in een van de twee Franse eiken foeders die nu in To Øl City staan. In 2020 werd een donker wort gebrouwen, dat samen met een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid bier uit 2018 is vergist.
Geïnspireerd door en doet denken aan Oud Bruin en Vlaams roodbruin uit België.
