De 6e versie van onze #-DIPA-serie is een sappig monster, gebrouwen met uitsluitend Crosby-hops. We hielden de moutstorting eenvoudig om alle aandacht te geven aan een van onze nieuwe favoriete hopsoorten: Zappa! Een andere Neo-Mexicana-hop (uit dezelfde familie als Sabro, Talus en HBC 472). Verwacht tropische aroma's met tonen van passievrucht, munt, tropisch rijp fruit en Fruity Pebbles - allemaal door elkaar gemengd en in balans gebracht met citrusachtige tonen van Amarillo & Idaho 7.

Poured it into a tulip glass and the hop aroma hit me before I even got my nose close — that Crosby hop lineup is seriously loud. It’s dangerously easy to drink for 8%, and the finish stays juicy instead of turning bitter. Definitely the best one in the series so far.
