Finalmente è tornata! Questa IPA in particolare è una delle preferite in casa al birrificio BRUS. Ora, per la prima volta in assoluto, è in lattina! The Boss è una DDH IPA da 6,8% con Citra, Amarillo e Simcoe, ed è ricca di sapore fino all'orlo.
Finally got my hands on this in a can and it did not disappoint. The 6.8% pours with a nice bite, and that Citra and Amarillo combo gives it a juicy, resinous kick without being too heavy. It's been a while since an IPA made me stop and savor the last sip.
The hop combo here is seriously well-balanced—Citra and Amarillo hit bright and juicy up front, then Simcoe brings that piney finish. At 6.8% it drinks dangerously smooth for the strength, and the can keeps it fresher than the drafts I've had before. This one's earned its spot in my regular rotation
