L'hai vista tante volte - abbiamo giocato parecchio con la dose nel corso degli anni: doppi shot di caffè, tripli shot... MA ORA!

Ora abbiamo prodotto questa birra straordinaria a To Øl City e non ci siamo trattenuti con niente. Siamo andati dai nostri fantastici amici di Coffee Collective e abbiamo selezionato un caffè appositamente per questa birra - poi ci siamo scatenati con la ricetta, spingendo al limite il nostro impianto di produzione.

Il risultato è una brown ale vivace, morbida e croccante, con una splendida base amara di caffè. Fresca come una mattina d'inverno!

Poured it into a snifter and the aroma hit me before I even lifted the glass, coffee forward but with that smooth roasted depth I keep chasing. The body is hefty without being syrupy, and the double shot balance is spot on for a cold evening pour. Bottle disappeared faster than I’d like to admit.
