La sesta versione della nostra serie #-DIPA è un mostro succoso, prodotta esclusivamente con luppoli Crosby. Abbiamo mantenuto semplice la ricetta del malto per dare tutto lo spazio a uno dei nostri nuovi luppoli preferiti: Zappa! Un altro luppolo Neo-Mexicana (della stessa famiglia di Sabro, Talus e HBC 472). Aspettati aromi tropicali, con note di frutto della passione, menta, frutta tropicale matura e Fruity Pebbles, il tutto avvolto e bilanciato da note agrumate di Amarillo e Idaho 7.

Poured it into a tulip glass and the hop aroma hit me before I even got my nose close — that Crosby hop lineup is seriously loud. It’s dangerously easy to drink for 8%, and the finish stays juicy instead of turning bitter. Definitely the best one in the series so far.
