Dies ist unsere skandinavische Interpretation eines Baltic Porter. Waiting for the tide to come in ist so dunkel wie die skandinavischen Winternächte und bewahrt gleichzeitig starke Einflüsse unserer Nachbarn aus Ost und West.“

„Ein dunkles und kräftiges, undurchsichtiges schwarzes Bier mit einem hellbraunen Schaum. Vollmundig mit tiefen Malzaromen, Karamell und Honigsüße. Komplexe Aromen von Toffee, Lakritz und Soja sowie sanfte Noten von Kaffee und Schokolade. Dieses Bier ist als wärmender Abendschluck konzipiert, während wir auf die Flut warten.“
