Wir greifen die Tradition aus dieser Region Schwedens auf, in der die Holzfäller im Wald einen gerösteten Haferbrei mit Schweinefleisch aßen. Das geröstete Hafermehl, das wir in diesem Bier verwenden, wird noch immer 80 km von ihrer Brauerei entfernt gemahlen.
