House Of Pale: House Of Pale ist eines der Rezepte, das wir aus unserem geliebten Mad Laboratory in Kopenhagen, BRUS, mitgebracht haben. Ein New England Pale Ale mit Equanot-Hopfen. Es hat im Laufe dieses Jahres viele Veränderungen und Anpassungen durchgemacht, während wir mit Hopfengaben und der allgemeinen „Knackigkeit“ experimentiert haben – und jetzt sind wir uns ziemlich sicher, dass wir genau das gefunden haben, wonach wir gesucht haben.
