Dieses Prachtstück haben wir schon einmal gebraut, lange bevor es die To Øl City gab. Jetzt wollten wir es in unserer neuen Brauanlage noch einmal aufleben lassen und sehen, was wir tun können, um ein Bier zu schaffen, das das Getreide wirklich in den Vordergrund stellt. Dies ist ein IPA mit einem ordentlichen Anteil Dinkel im Schrot, trocken gehopft mit Simcoe, Amarillo und Idaho Gem, um dieses körnige Biest abzurunden.
