Wir haben die Malzrezeptur bewusst einfach gehalten, um das Rampenlicht einem unserer neuen Lieblingshopfen zu überlassen – Zappa! Ein weiterer Neo-Mexicana-Hopfen (aus derselben Familie wie Sabro, Talus und HBC 472). Erwarten Sie tropische Aromen mit Noten von Passionsfrucht, Minze, reifen Tropenfrüchten und Fruity Pebbles – alles miteinander verwoben und abgerundet durch zitrusartige Noten von Amarillo & Idaho 7.

Poured it into a tulip glass and the hop aroma hit me before I even got my nose close — that Crosby hop lineup is seriously loud. It’s dangerously easy to drink for 8%, and the finish stays juicy instead of turning bitter. Definitely the best one in the series so far.
