هذه البيرة لها جذور في مصنع الجعة الخاص بنا في كوبنهاغن. تم تعتيقها في أحد براميل البلوط الفرنسي (Foeders) الموجودة الآن في مدينة To Øl City. تم تخمير نقيع الشعير الداكن في عام 2020، وتخميره مع كمية كبيرة من البيرة التي تم تخميرها في وقت سابق من عام 2018.
مستوحاة وتذكرنا بجعة Oud Bruin و Flanders red ales من بلجيكا.
Opened it on a quiet Friday night and the depth from that 2020 dark wort really shows—it's bold but somehow smooth. The French oak aging gives it a warmth that lingers nicely after each sip.

Two years in that French oak did something special—there’s a smooth, almost vanilla-like roundness that you don’t get from standard barrel-aging. Dark and rich, it drinks dangerously easy for something brewed back in 2020. I’m already hunting for another bottle.
