The Citra and Mosaic combo gives it that classic West Coast punch without being overly bitter, which is exactly what I want after a long week. I cracked one open on a warm evening and the aroma alone was worth it—smooth, bright, and gone way too fast.
Lukasz and Georg really nailed that West Coast bite—the dry hop schedule layers Citra and Mosaic so each sip starts bright and finishes with a clean, resinous snap. I’ve had a few IPAs this week and this one’s the only one I’m reordering.
