The German hops give it this really unusual, almost floral twist that I keep coming back to. Poured it last night and that dark yellow haze is so thick it looks like juice, but it drinks lighter than you’d expect. My go-to IPA right now.
That heavy haze catches the light like a proper New England style, and the German hops give it a totally different character than the usual citrus bomb. Medium body carries it well, drinks easy but still has that IPA bite.
