I den senaste delen av PS pågående REPEATER-serie ville de skapa en kaffegin med en ovanlig smakprofil. För att göra detta slog de sig ihop med långvariga vänner från Chicago, Dark Matter Coffee, och den tyska gintillverkaren Heiko Hoos.

DMC bidrog med några av sina fantastiska kaffebönor från Guatemala, Cautai, som jästs med bayersk veteyast, vilka Heiko sedan skickligt destillerade i sitt labb i Karlsruhe, efter en utmanande men rolig process av testning och justeringar.
