ELG Gin No. 1 är en kristallklar allroundgin. Den är baserad på enbär, korianderfrön och danska morötter. Smaken domineras av enbärens karaktär. 

Designad för att vara den perfekta mixern i många olika cocktails, men du kan också njuta av den ren eller "on the rocks". Den passar utmärkt till de flesta tonicvatten för en klassisk gin och tonic. G och T:n blir opaliserande tack vare den rikliga mängden enbär.

I usually stick to London dry gins, but the coriander and Danish carrots give this one a clean, slightly earthy finish that works surprisingly well in a Negroni. The juniper is definitely front and center, so the classic gin character is still there — it's just smoother than my usual bottle.
