"Inspirados pelos nossos amigos do outro lado do mar, criámos esta cerveja especialmente para o To Øl Beer Club, escolhendo um estilo de cerveja que sempre acompanhou as marés. Esta é a nossa interpretação escandinava de uma Baltic Porter. 'Waiting for the tide to come in' é tão escura quanto as noites de inverno escandinavas, mantendo fortes influências dos nossos vizinhos a Este e Oeste." 

"Uma cerveja preta opaca, escura e forte, com espuma bege. Corpo encorpado com sabores profundos de malte, caramelo e doçura de mel. Sabores complexos de caramelo tostado, alcaçuz e soja, com notas suaves de café e chocolate. Esta cerveja foi concebida para ser saboreada ao final da tarde, enquanto esperamos que a maré suba."
