Talus™ é uma variedade de lúpulo recentemente lançada pela Hop Breeding Company e Yakima Chief Ranches, que liberta aromas incríveis de toranja rosa, cascas de citrinos, rosas secas, resina de pinheiro e frutos tropicais.

Fomos uma das apenas sete cervejeiras europeias no mundo selecionadas para produzir uma cerveja de lúpulo único com o lúpulo Talus™, e estamos muito entusiasmados por poder partilhar consigo os mais recentes desenvolvimentos no cultivo de lúpulo através desta magnífica besta sumarenta.

A Yakima Chief também explicou a razão do nome Talus™: uma palavra que representa as encostas inclinadas do terreno rochoso, uma homenagem à rica paisagem montanhosa do Noroeste Pacífico e ao perfil aventureiro do lúpulo.

That first pour hit my nose before the glass even settled—Talus hops really do put out some amazing aromas, all juicy and piney at once. It's a DDH single hop done right, easy to drink but with enough depth to keep you coming back for another can.
