Todos os anos, ao mergulharmos neste caos de fermentação mista, lembramo-nos: "Não sejas aborrecido!" Rainbow Child, a nossa louca sidra híbrida, não conhece limites, exceto um: deve incorporar elementos de cerveja, vinho e sidra.

Em 2020, libertámos uma sinfonia selvagem de maçãs para sidra, maçãs de mesa, uvas Solaris (com uma maceração de 14 dias) e uma generosa infusão de lúpulo Citra. Mas não é tudo - uma maceração a frio com flores de sabugueiro adicionou um toque deliciosamente herbal e floral, resultando num híbrido fascinante de vinho/sidra/cerveja. É o epítome da diversão, seriedade e de ultrapassar limites.
