Pó Lustre

The stainless steel fermentation really lets the yeast shine—there's a clean, almost mineral finish that I don't usually get from saisons. The Hallertauer Saphir hops add a delicate floral note that lingers just long enough after each sip.

The spelt and raw honey give it a soft, rustic sweetness that plays perfectly against the sharp, peppery bite from the Spalter Select hops. I cracked one after a long week and the finish was so clean and dry I had to grab another.

The raw honey comes through just enough to round out the spice from the spelt, and that Spalter Select hop bite keeps it refreshing without being heavy. I cracked one after mowing the lawn and it disappeared faster than I’d like to admit. Definitely grabbing another three-pack.
