Esta cerveja tem origem na nossa brewpub em Copenhaga. Envelhecida num dos dois foeders de carvalho francês que existem atualmente na To Øl City. Um mosto escuro foi fabricado em 2020 e fermentado juntamente com uma quantidade significativa de cerveja que tinha sido produzida em 2018.
Inspirada e reminiscente das Oud Bruin e Flanders red ales da Bélgica.

Two years in that French oak did something special—there’s a smooth, almost vanilla-like roundness that you don’t get from standard barrel-aging. Dark and rich, it drinks dangerously easy for something brewed back in 2020. I’m already hunting for another bottle.
