Dark Matter CoffeeとThe Clumsy Bearとのコラボレーションにより、Phantom Spiritsがカスクエイジド・コーヒーリキュール・ラムを製造しました。ハチミツ漬けプラム、バニラビスケット、クルミの風味があり、シナモンシュガーで焼いた洋梨の余韻が広がります。ローストマシュマロ、グリルパイナップル、コーヒーファッジ、軽くローストしたヘーゼルナッツ、ココナッツの芳醇な香り！
The five years of aging in cask really shows—the coffee and spirit meld together instead of fighting, and the texture is almost syrupy on the tongue. I’ve been pouring it over a single ice cube after dinner and it’s become my favorite slow-sip.
This three-way collab between the distillery, roaster, and brewery is a wild ride in a glass. The Belize five-year cask gives it a depth that most coffee liqueurs never touch, with the coffee and stout notes folding into each other perfectly.
The five-year cask aging really comes through—it's got that deep, molasses-like warmth you don't get from cheap coffee liqueurs. Mixed it into an espresso martini and the dark roast from the coffee collab holds its own without turning syrupy.
