Per l'ultimo capitolo della serie REPEATER di PS, l'obiettivo era creare un gin al caffè dal profilo aromatico insolito. Per farlo, hanno collaborato con i vecchi amici di Chicago, Dark Matter Coffee, e con il cardinale del gin tedesco, Heiko Hoos.

DMC ha fornito alcuni dei loro straordinari chicchi di caffè Cautai del Guatemala, fermentati con lievito di grano bavarese, che Heiko ha poi sapientemente distillato nel suo laboratorio di Karlsruhe, seguendo un processo impegnativo ma divertente di test e messa a punto.
