ELG Gin No. 1 è un gin trasparente e versatile. È prodotto a partire da bacche di ginepro, semi di coriandolo e carote danesi. Il sapore è dominato dall'aroma delle bacche di ginepro. 

Ideale come mixer perfetto per molti cocktail diversi, ma può essere gustato anche liscio o "on the rocks". Si abbina bene alla maggior parte delle acque toniche per creare un classico gin tonic. Il G&T assume un aspetto opalescente grazie all'abbondante presenza di bacche di ginepro.

I usually stick to London dry gins, but the coriander and Danish carrots give this one a clean, slightly earthy finish that works surprisingly well in a Negroni. The juniper is definitely front and center, so the classic gin character is still there — it's just smoother than my usual bottle.
