Découvrez la North Sea Porter — une version audacieuse de la London Black Porter classique d'Anspach & Hobday. Nous l'avons enrichie de houblons Mosaic, retravaillé le malt noir et ajouté un brassage par décoction. Équilibrée par un arôme de levure propre, elle est douce, saisissante et d'un noir de minuit.
The decoction mash really comes through—it gives the body a round, almost bread-like depth that I wasn't expecting from a porter. Balanced cleanly on the finish, so it's easy to have a second bottle without it feeling heavy.
The mosaic hops give it a surprisingly bright edge for a porter—cuts right through the dark malt richness. Poured it for a friend who usually sticks to IPAs and he was genuinely impressed. Nice balance of bold and smooth.
