Pale ale (réduction du gluten par une enzyme appelée brewers clarex) avec Citra, Ekuanot, Azacca, Simcoe, Idaho 7.
Nous avons brassé ce petit bijou dans notre brasserie To Øl City, en l'ajustant exactement comme nous le voulions avant de le relâcher dans la nature. Une India Pale Ale dry hopée avec Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe.
Oh, et elle contient très peu de gluten !
The hop lineup here is a hophead’s dream—Citra and Idaho 7 come through juicy up front, with Simcoe adding a nice resinous bite at the finish. Even with the gluten enzyme, the body feels full and the haze holds up beautifully.
I wasn't expecting the gluten reduction to be this seamless, but the body stays full and smooth while the Citra and Idaho 7 bring that bright, juicy finish. Poured it for a friend who usually avoids pale ales and he went back for a second glass.
That hop lineup is a serious punch of citrus and pine, and the Clarex treatment means I can share a round without the bloat. The body stays surprisingly full for something this easy to drink, which keeps me coming back for another can.
