Pour le dernier volet de la série REPEATER de PS, ils ont cherché à créer un gin au café avec un profil aromatique inhabituel. Pour y parvenir, ils se sont associés à leurs amis de longue date de Chicago, Dark Matter Coffee, et au cardinal allemand du gin, Heiko Hoos.

DMC a fourni certains de leurs superbes grains de café Cautai du Guatemala, fermentés avec de la levure de blé bavaroise, que Heiko a ensuite distillés avec habileté dans son laboratoire de Karlsruhe, après un processus de test et d'ajustement stimulant mais amusant.
