ELG Gin n°1 est un gin polyvalent d'une limpidité cristalline. Il est élaboré à partir de baies de genièvre, de graines de coriandre et de carottes danoises. La saveur est dominée par l'arôme des baies de genièvre. 

Conçu pour être le mélangeur parfait pour de nombreux cocktails différents, vous pouvez également le déguster sec ou « on the rocks ». Il se marie bien avec la plupart des eaux toniques pour créer un gin tonic classique. Le G&T est opalescent en raison de la grande quantité de baies de genièvre.

I usually stick to London dry gins, but the coriander and Danish carrots give this one a clean, slightly earthy finish that works surprisingly well in a Negroni. The juniper is definitely front and center, so the classic gin character is still there — it's just smoother than my usual bottle.
