Cette bière aigre fermentée en cuve est magnifiquement équilibrée avec de la grenade et de l'orange sanguine. Une touche de houblon HBC630 vient arrondir le fruité. Sa mousse est d'un joli rose/rouge et elle est majoritairement limpide. Ni trop acide ni trop sucrée, elle est désaltérante et équilibrée.
