Voici notre nouvelle version d'une IPA claire, brassée pour donner le ton ! Une base d'orge avec du caramalt et du malt de Vienne apporte une couleur légère, une touche de douceur et une légère note biscuitée, tandis que les houblons restent en avant et bien définis.

The caramel and Vienna malts give it this soft biscuit sweetness that balances the hops perfectly, so it's not just another bitter bomb. Poured a light golden color and went down way too fast on a warm evening, that caramalt really does the trick.
The hop character really takes center stage here, but that soft biscuit edge from the caramalt keeps it from feeling too sharp. Poured it for friends who usually avoid IPAs and they kept coming back for refills. Light color, clean finish, exactly what I want when I'm craving something crisp.
