Cette helles est incroyablement désaltérante, d'une pureté et d'une fraîcheur remarquables, avec uniquement du malt pilsner et du riz soufflé pour la garder légère et rafraîchissante. Nous avons utilisé des houblons nobles allemands pour lui apporter une subtile note épicée et herbacée, notamment le Hersbrucker, le houblon classique pour une helles.
