¡Por fin ha vuelto! Esta IPA en concreto es una de las favoritas de la casa en la cervecería BRUS. Ahora, por primera vez, ¡está en lata! The Boss es una DDH IPA de 6,8% con Citra, Amarillo y Simcoe, y está repleta de sabor.
Finally got my hands on this in a can and it did not disappoint. The 6.8% pours with a nice bite, and that Citra and Amarillo combo gives it a juicy, resinous kick without being too heavy. It's been a while since an IPA made me stop and savor the last sip.
The hop combo here is seriously well-balanced—Citra and Amarillo hit bright and juicy up front, then Simcoe brings that piney finish. At 6.8% it drinks dangerously smooth for the strength, and the can keeps it fresher than the drafts I've had before. This one's earned its spot in my regular rotation
