Mosaic: la madre de los lúpulos jugosos. Repleta de notas tropicales, cítricas y ligeramente resinosas, este lúpulo realmente hace honor a su nombre y ofrece un mosaico de aromas.

El objetivo de nuestra serie Stereo Mono es que los lúpulos sean los protagonistas. Por eso, la base de esta cerveza incluye maltas pálidas, malta de trigo, malta Chit, copos de avena y solo un toque de melanoidina para crear un lienzo lo más limpio posible para el aroma del lúpulo, manteniendo al mismo tiempo un ligero cuerpo que equilibre el amargor de los lúpulos. Así te presentamos una IPA fresca y jugosa, cargada de notas de melocotón, mango, arándanos y cítricos.

The tropical and citrusy punch hits the second you pour, and that piney backbone keeps it from being one-note. It’s dangerously smooth for something with this much hop character, so I’m already grabbing another can.

Cracked one open after mowing the lawn and that piney edge on the back end is exactly what I wanted—the tropical notes lead but it finishes clean and bitter enough to remind you it's a real beer. Can see myself grabbing another sixer for the weekend.
