Esta es nuestra versión de una auténtica schwarzbier alemana. Es más ligera en cuerpo que muchos otros estilos de cerveza oscura (como las stouts), pero muy oscura en color. Fácil de beber y con bajo contenido de alcohol, sin mucho sabor a malta tostada.
Poured it into a glass expecting a heavy stout, but this schwarzbier surprised me with how light it sits. The dark color hides how easy it drinks, and at that low ABV I could easily have a few without feeling weighed down. Perfect for a weeknight when I want flavor without the heft.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a dark beer that’s supposed to be light, but this one really pulls it off. The body is noticeably thinner than a stout, yet it’s still full of smooth, subtle roast that doesn’t linger too heavy. Perfect for a couple of pints after work without feeling weighed down.
Poured it into a pint glass and honestly did a double take — it looks like motor oil but drinks like a crisp lager. The low ABV makes it perfect for a second beer on a weeknight without feeling weighed down. Already grabbed another four-pack.
