#14 DIPA continúa nuestra serie experimental — con notas jugosas, tropicales y ligeramente florales. En esta ocasión, los cerveceros querían ver cómo una mezcla de trigo y arroz afectaría el cuerpo y la facilidad de beber de la cerveza, y lograron otro éxito que se disfruta fácilmente.
The wheat and rice combo really does something interesting for the mouthfeel—it's lighter than most double IPAs but still packs that juicy, tropical punch. Definitely a solid pick for a hot evening when you want something hoppy without feeling weighed down.
Opened one after mowing the lawn and the tropical notes hit right away, with a soft floral edge that kept it interesting. The wheat and rice blend gives it a surprisingly smooth body that goes down easy for a DIPA. Definitely grabbing another four-pack before this series rotates out.
